Lead and excel within a dynamic team, delivering world-class service and flawlessly executing catering events for independent schools and B&I accounts. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise and coordinate all aspects of catering events, from planning to execution. + Lead, train, and develop a team of 5-10 hourly employees, ensuring high performance and remarkable service. + Collaborate closely with the culinary team to deliver innovative and balanced food practices. + Offer exceptional support to a diverse and high-volume customer base, ensuring client happiness and repeat business. + Monitor budgets, handle costs, and analyze financial performance to meet company goals. + Coordinate and implement special events, ensuring they are memorable and successful. + Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients. Preferred Qualifications: + A.S. degree or equivalent experience with at least two years in a similar role. + Strong understanding of general hospitality, with a keen interest in sustainability. + Proficient in using web-based ordering systems and applications like word processing and spreadsheets. + Excellent email communication skills, capable of crafting professional and efficient correspondence. + Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team, with minimal supervision. + Friendly and efficient interaction with a diverse customer base. + Adherence to company-specific uniform standards and personal protective equipment guidelines. + Flexible to travel as needed for the role.
