Sr. CED Program Delivery Specialist

We are a dynamic hybrid workplace environment that requires at least 2 days a week in the office. **Job Description** Responsible for managing and executing various aspects across the Community and Economic Development (CED) team’s portfolio pertinent to optimizing business processes and leveraging technological, management, communication, and data visualization methods so CED can collect and track key inputs, report out, and ultimately deliver its program for the Bank more effectively and efficiently. Oversees and provides guidance on leveraging business process and technology solutions to enhance and efficiently manage CED work product, resource time, and portfolio delivery to internal and external stakeholders. Provides expert guidance to team members, recommends, takes action, and informs project scope and outcome. Aligns and tracks CED’s portfolio and progress toward strategic outcomes. Focuses on execution and works independently, with limited guidance. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and managing consistent processes for: + Collecting and tracking CED outcomes and metrics, ideally so the team has a single platform or point of entry and can then use the content for multiple business needs. + Synthesizing initial drafts for CED’s quarterly and end of year reporting obligations. + Leveraging CRM (the Microsoft Dynamics software the Bank uses for contact management), ensuring CED has a consistent teamwide approach in alignment with the Division and the Bank for contact management. + Maintaining an accessible intranet site repository of CED’s core operational and strategic materials (currently a Microsoft Planner board called a “briefing book,” which this position would get to assess and revise or propose a new platform and/or scope) + Provides expertise to establish appropriate program delivery strategies including planning, communications and reporting, training, implementation of relevant tools and platforms, budget assessment, delivery, and timing of complex initiatives. + Directs and manages project teams’ efforts to identify, implement, and standardize efficient business process improvements that leverage technology solutions and best practices. + Leads complex special projects, initiatives, and teams to perform analysis that enhances CED’s program delivery capability. Independently assesses, recommends, and develops contemporary visualization products directly contributing to and enhancing CED’s ability to communicate and report out its sustained strategy to internal and external stakeholders. Oversees ongoing and ad hoc communications on projects with the Strategy Office, the Corporate Secretary, and others. + Liaises on application troubleshooting for the CED team; leads the effort to resolve issues/problems of moderate to complex scope. + Independently assesses and resolves complex problems with limited guidance; taking a broad perspective to identify solutions by applying knowledge of technical expertise, relationships, CED capabilities, and stakeholders to effectively contribute and drive business results. + Focuses on both day-to-day and cumulatively holistic analytical and business process implementations to include the creation and maintenance of documentation for workflows and processes that contribute to effective program delivery. + Liaises with internal stakeholders to manage, analyze, and report on CED program delivery efforts. + Maintains awareness and ability to share at a high-level key themes of existing and upcoming CED projects/initiatives by monitoring CED website and project planning boards. + Maintains and enhances technical capabilities of all databases, project management, and communication applications.
