Sr. Channel Marketing Manager

What you'll do Your responsibilities will include partnering with the rest of the Marketing team to develop channel-friendly versions of our core Docusign content(IAM and CLM), and amplify our global demand-gen campaigns through partners, including all the tools in the marketing portfolio: digital and in-person events, webinars, and partner engagement program, in order to generate demand from new buyers within our existing client base and from new prospects/logos in collaboration with partners. The Senior Channel Manager is expected to align with the Reseller, SIs and Alliances team to communicate our marketing plans to partners, gain feedback from our partners on how to improve and refine those programs, and then manage and track the marketing-generated and marketing-influenced Opportunity funnel. The role is expected to use Salesforce.com, our Marketing Automation platform, and our Marketing results dashboard Tableau to engage regularly with the Channels & Alliances team and our partners on growing our high-quality Opportunity funnel pipeline and closed wins. The role also requires close collaboration with the rest of the Field Marketing across the regions to share best practices and lessons learned across the Field Marketing team, and across the Marketing team as a whole. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Partner Marketing. Responsibility Develop and implement a comprehensive channel growth strategy that increases our reach and impact within existing channel partners like CDW, Deloitte, Ingram, E&Y, Insight and others Build and implement a quarterly and annual marketing plans for Channel in North America for our key product offerings: IAM and CLM Architect and implement demand generation and enablement campaigns that build awareness, pipeline and accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle Drive the execution of channel marketing programs and campaigns, including co-branded collateral, promotions, incentives, and events to generate demand and accelerate partner sales Own and manage the integrated co-marketing plan and budget for top strategic partners Collaborate with internal enablement programs team to educate partners on product offerings, value propositions, and sales/marketing best practices to enhance their ability to effectively market and sell our products/services Define and monitor performance metrics and track and report on campaign effectiveness in Salesforce.com, Tableau Partner with key partners in Marketing, Product Management, Delivery and Regions to strategize and plan for the best marketing approach against desired outcomes Act as a Global center of excellence for other Regional partner marketing leads globally: EMEA, LATAM and APAC Serve as the primary liaison in North America, bridging the gap between regional marketing, partner teams, and other relevant stakeholders Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years related experience with a Master’s degree, with 2+ years in SaaS space 5-8 years of partner/channel marketing, product marketing, field marketing or demand generation role with emphasis on partner or alliance programs and campaigns Experience with Salesforce, Tableau or other CRM, analytics tools Project management experience and/or experience working with cross-functional teams Proven track record of delivering demand generation campaigns in international and emerging markets in collaboration with the regional leaders Preferred Proactive and collaborative with all levels of an organization internally and externally Experience operating in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment Strategic capability to synthesize data and insights and translate into tangible business actions Strong interpersonal skills with a partnership-first approach to working with internal and external teams Excellent verbal and written communication Experience working with enterprise SaaS software products Wage Transparency Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $122,300 - $190,650 base salary Illinois and Colorado: $116,500 - $160,150 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500 - $168,200 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
