CACI is hiring a Senior Language Analyst to support our mission critical government customer in Suitland, MD. Join a team of dynamic Intelligence Community (IC) professionals supporting the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.
What You'll Get to Do:
Apply your native-level Chinese proficiency to support open-source research, analysis, and review of complex foreign source text and audio material.
Oversee and drive language team tasking and provide quality review of language team deliverables.
Develop research tradecraft, language training and enrichment, and team process improvement.
Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations.
Participate in analytical exchanges during working groups, meetings, briefings, and technical exchanges.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance
12+ years' experience within the intelligence community plus a bachelor's degree. Four additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
A minimum Chinese Mandarin language proficiency of 3L/4R as defined by the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) or Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) equivalent within the recent three (3) years.
A minimum English language proficiency of 3L/3R as defined by the ILR within the recent three (3) years.
Five (5) or more years' experience providing quality review of textual and audio foreign language material; ensuring translations are comprehensive and accurate.
Experience managing small teams of language analysts providing oversight, direction and language enrichment.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience performing open source or social media research
Master’s degree or equivalent

The proposed salary range for this position is:
