Sr. Client Services Representative
Job Description An employer is looking to add a Sr. Client Service Representative to their team. This person can sit in Kansas City, MO, St. Louis, MO, or Los Angeles, CA. The Client Services Representative is responsible for developing trusted, consultative relationships with key clients through post-sale customer service. In addition to managing client communications, they will act as the account's project manager, working closely with Sales and Account Managers to ensure all aspects of a campaign are running smoothly and identifying opportunities for account improvement and growth. This person will manage account onboarding, including coordinating with client and appropriate internal teams to ensure smooth campaign launch and communicate with internal and external teams regarding active campaign needs and performance. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both brand and agency clients to ensure long-term success. They will educate clients on new, relevant products and offerings to encourage account growth and ensure account profitability and growth by upselling additional services. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience working in digital advertising 3+ years of experience in a client services role, where they were working directly with clients Experience overseeing paid media campaigns (programmatic, social, paid search, etc.) Experience working cross-functionally and with clients, where they were upselling and providing regular performance updates Bachelor's Degree -- Communications, Journalism, or Business preferred Experience/certifications in any of our platforms (DSPs, social, etc.) Project management experience a plus null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
