Exciting opportunity to work with a biotech company that is leading the way in transformative nuclear medicine for oncology research!_** **Location:** Remote **Salary:** $130K-150K DOE **Employment Type:** Direct Hire **Responsibilities** + Manage and oversee outsourced data management activities, ensuring the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. + Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of external data sources with clinical databases on assigned studies. + Work closely with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Clinical Development teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of study-level data. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain a robust internal data review process, and manage the issuance and resolution of data queries. + Lead the development of a global CRF library for reuse on future studies, aiming to reduce database build timelines and improve efficiency across studies. + Develop and monitor KPIs for external data management providers, ensuring performance aligns with company objectives and regulatory standards. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field. + **Minimum of 7 years in data management** , with at least **3 years in a leadership role** + Proven experience in database design for oncology clinical trials.
