Typical Accountabilities
Accountable for building and retaining an efficient Site Management & Monitoring regional team by providing leadership and monitoring to team. Build up the team spirit and contribute to efficient SMM organisation by working closely with SMM Director, ensure the quality execution and delivery of the site monitoring in the determinate sites.Ensuring adequate resources allocation for the studies assigned and manage regional resource conflicts.Establish strategies and identify synergies aimed at increasing operational efficiency in designated area to enable successful study delivery.Provide quality oversight for all studies from feasibility till closure in designated area. Contribute to the quality improvement of the study processes and other procedures.Responsible for building up strong engagement and collaboration with KEE in key sites. Contribute for strategic cooperation with important study sites to support study delivery in such sites.Ensures that monitoring work complying with AZ Procedural Documents, international guidelines such as ICH-GCP as well as relevant local regulations and code of ethics.Work as the leader of a region with SMM teams and coordinate the regional affairs such as resource, training, team building, work model, etc.Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification.Minimum 8 years of experience in Development Operations or other drug development area, plus 3 years’ experience in people management with successful proven track record.Ability to attract, coach and develop talents for operation team.Ability to build effective team via prioritizing, driving team engagement and advocating collaboration.Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.Excellent decision-making and change management skills. Sees change as an opportunity to improve performance and add value to business.Ability to work in an environment of remote collaborators.Fluent in both oral and written English.Ability for national and international travel.Date Posted
