Microsoft’s Cloud Operations and Innovation Organization (CO+I) is seeking a **Sr. Construction Manager** for the New Technology Introduction team within the Office of the CTO (Chief Technology Officer). This position will manage dynamic facility operations in and Research & Development environment encompassing construction, facility readiness, general operations, and supporting test setup and execution of next generation data center technologies. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:  + Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience + OR equivalent experience. + 12+ years experience working on data center projects. + Experience with lab test equipment setups for signal measurement using oscilloscopes and the capability to read and interpret schematic diagrams. + Managed facility build out and/or upgrade construction projects. + Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills. + Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff. Ability to effectively influence cross-discipline teams. Construction Project Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
