What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide frontline expertise on various operational and change activities while offering input on requirements, impacts, risks, solutions, and sprints. You will collaborate closely with leadership and key partners to improve processes and support operational excellence priorities. Additionally, you will design processes and client journeys, assess client and stakeholder impact, and implement recommendations to simplify operations. As an advocate for the frontline, you will leverage your knowledge of banking center processes to identify and implement improvement recommendations. You will also identify and execute process improvement initiatives across the bank, working with business partners to achieve objectives through process improvements, digitization solutions, and capacity management. Utilizing process engineering methodologies and project management tools, you will guide and motivate teams toward achieving their goals. Furthermore, you will monitor meetings with large groups of stakeholders to reach desired outcomes and promote good relationships among team members.
