YOUR IMPACT:
The XCM Senior Consultant at Open Text bridges the gap between the technical world of OpenText Enterprise Content Management & needs around of document management and related processes of our customers. Therefore, a combination of deep technical ECM configuration & development skills, configuration, and strong understanding of OpenText ECM and a wide range of equally important “soft” consulting skills such as advanced customer facing skills, customer relationship building, facilitate/lead blueprint design and requirements workshops, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
Implementing XECM solutions to meet business requirements and communicating those designs effectively through specifications.
Understanding OpenText Content Server, Brava, Blazon, Archive Server, OTDS, sMFT, CS WebServices & Rest APIs, System Center, OScript and related functionalities & Integrations
Records Management, Physical Objects, Consulting experience, i.e. configure/maintain/troubleshoot
Installation of Content Suite along with scaling and sizing of the ECM landscape
Managing end to end Implementation independently.
Understanding of integrations Office 365, SharePoint, Coreshare, and related technologies is useful.
Understanding on JAVA, Content Server, Scripting languages is a plus.
In-depth understanding hands-on of development of SMARTUI, Oscript modules, & RestFull, CWS services
Planning and coordinating unit testing and integration testing phases, including writing use cases, test scripts.
Testing of extensions and implemented solution.
Willing to conduct Business workshops and training to end user community.
Communicate effectively in English, in writing and verbally.
Work independently without supervision.
Demonstrate a passion for technology and willingness to learn new technologies
Must be willing to travel within India and globally.
Must be willing to work for customers in multiple time zones
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Advanced Degree in Computer Science or similar.
Minimum 6 years professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years in consulting.
Experience on OpenText ECM – Installations, upgrades, Configurations, OTDS and Developments
Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server installations, upgrades & Patching
Prior Experience in JAVA, OpenText Content Server, Scripting languages,
Should be hands-on on RCA related performance and functional issues ECM implementations

Good problem solving and Trouble-shooting skills.
Experience should include at least 4 full cycle ECM implementations (from blueprinting to go-live)
