Red Hat will provide Professional Services to assist with the following tasks:

The ongoing patching, updating, and maintenance of existing infrastructure.Providing system diagnosis and working to resolve Client's Red Hat-related system issues.Providing detailed review of security policies for new and existing Open Source environments.Offering general knowledge transfer and documentation as appropriate.Assisting in the architecture and design of Red Hat Technologies to be included in Client’s environment including, but not limited to, the implementation of Pilot or Proof of Concept (POC) environments including new technologies as well as providing assistance with setting up integrations and the implementation of key use cases for the Pilot or POC.Working with client to reinforce the knowledge gained from Red Hat training courses, books, and/or other 3rd party resources.Providing guidance and insight into additional areas for leveraging Open Source within Client’s environments.Assisting Client by providing enhanced, on-site support and quick issue resolution in addition to acting as a conduit and augmentation to Red Hat Global Support.Consolidating and providing project documentation, if requested.
