For more than 20 years, Fortune 100 organizations and government agencies have trusted Forescout to provide vendor-agnostic, automated cybersecurity at scale.   What You Will Do Forescout has an excellent opportunity for a strategic and business-focused Sr. SaaS Contract Negotiator to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team.  The successful candidate will be a highly skilled contract negotiator with extensive experience supporting a global sales team in the negotiation of commercial contracts, including both on premise software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts. This role requires a strategic thinker who enjoys working collaboratively with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:   Draft, review, and negotiate outbound commercial agreements (both on premise software and SaaS) and other documents related to the sales process, including NDAs, DPAs and SOWs. Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, finance, and product teams, to gather requirements and align contract terms with business objectives.Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth contract execution and ongoing management. What you bring to ForescoutWe encourage you to apply if you meet most but not all the requirements listed below. BA/BS Degree8+ years of experience in contract negotiation in a software company or high growth technology company; cybersecurity industry experience preferred.  Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing structures, and licensing terms, as well as global data privacy laws and regulations, with considerable experience negotiating data usage terms with customers. Experience successfully supporting the needs of a global sales team to efficiently negotiate contracts and drive deals to closure. Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude.
