Job Summary
Job Profile SummaryAccurately process all Union Benefit bills for Health & Welfare and Pension benefits provided by the COD union agreements as well as maintaining the personnel records for Cleveland, Akron, and Canton retail locations. The incumbent will successfully audit, track and pay all Union-administered benefits as well as track and communicate activities to determine necessary correction for current and past billings.
Job Description
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years HR Benefits administration/coordinationExperience Retail High Volume union/non union industryExperience Reviewing Collective agreementsExperience Desired: familiarity with Workday HCMS or similar softwareExperience Required: Excel at intermediate level (pivot tables, Vlookup)Experience processing monthly payments for benefits.Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
