We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Professional to join our Corporate Comptroller’s Office in a Treasury and Accounting role.  This position will be responsible for overseeing the month-end close process, financial reporting, and treasury operations.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, treasury management, foreign exchange, as well as hedge accounting.  The Senior Professional will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the treasury organization, controlling its financial resources, and ensuring that all financial and banking transactions systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles and standards.

Your Role: 

Prepare and review journal entries, cash and bank account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and statements, including auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss and balance sheets, account reconciliations and other related reports. 

Manage financial analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the organization's short and long-term financial goals. 

Contribute to the development of financial strategies for the Treasury organization that align with the organization's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives. 

Oversee bank and foreign exchange transactions and lead month end closing process.

Assist with the develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with market fluctuations.

Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Manage treasury functions, foreign exchange including cash forecasting, cash management, and liquidity analysis.

Ensure accurate accounting for financial transactions and proper allocation of expenses.

Analyze FX impact, month to month and trending variances and prepare commentary on financial performance.

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.

Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and treasury operations.

Establish and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with the external and internal stakeholders. 

Manage projects/processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problems faced can be difficult and complex. 

Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures. 

Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters. 

Possible opportunities to champion projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity. Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.

What you bring to the role: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting finance, or a related field

Minimum 5 years functional experience, including 3 years job specific experience in corporate treasury accounting. 1+ years of public accounting experience is a plus.

Experience in treasury functions, including foreign exchange, cash forecasting, cash management, and liquidity analysis.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and treasury operations. 

Knowledge and fluency of SAP and/or Kyriba a plus.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision. 

Ability to manage difficult and complex challenges. 

Professional verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls preferred.

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures. 

Strong ability to prioritize responsibilities based on general direction from managers.

Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $70,800.00 - $113,300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
