What You Will Do
The Sr. Corporate Risk Manager is responsible for leading the company’s global insurance program, coordinating the OSHA/Safety program, business continuity planning, and assisting with other enterprise risk management programs.  

This role involves extensive communication and relationship building with external partners, internal executive leadership, and a broad range of company employees.  A key to being successful in this role is the ability to manage a risk management program and influence without authority.

Lead Trimble’s global insurance program

Balance the company’s cost of risk

Assist with policy and process development where necessary specific to risk mitigation (e.g., Cyber Security, Claim Notification process)

Coordinate the OSHA/Safety Program

Partner effectively with regulators, Human Resources, Facilities, Divisions and other stakeholders to manage safety risk effectively and propose and maintain the annual budget for the safety program 

Support Trimble’s risk management program with contributions in all aspects of Trimble’s ERM model including culture/awareness, risk identification, risk assessment, risk governance, risk measurement, control environment, and response capabilities. 

Coordinate Business Continuity Planning

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Excellent executive presence, strong cross-group collaboration, and change agent for process improvement

Track record of achieving success through teamwork, influencing without authority, resolving conflict, and measuring results

Experience with international risk and insurance issues applicable to a US-based Technology Company and ability to travel to international locations.

Enterprise risk management experience, such as working with risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000).   Commensurate compliance program management experience will be considered.

What Skills & Experience You Could Bring

A BA/BS degree required.  MBA in Business or related field is a plus

Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP) designation is a plus

Previous experience in Accounting/Finance is desirable
