Sr. Credit Analyst

Responsible for financial analysis of customers (and potential customers) credit reports and collection of trade receivables, consistent with proper policies and procedures.

What you will be responsible for:

Responsible for financial analysis to make prudent business and credit decisions. Evaluate clients on credit hold for credit release.Evaluate accounts, establish payment plans and maintain proper follow-up.Establish credit limits together with Director of Credit.Maximize collections and maintain customer relations.Make collection calls to ensure timely payments and collect overdue receivables.Produce spreadsheet reports on a daily and monthly basis.Analyze account reconciliations.Improve internal processes and eliminate waste to promote a more efficient Order to Cash process.May coach other credit analysts.Miscellaneous projects as assigned or directed.All other duties as assigned.

Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Understand basic accounting principles and general ledger

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,000 to $85,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. [In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.] AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and ADD insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
