- Competitive pay rates
- Two to five years related experience
- Experience with various metals, alloys and foundry metal castings a plus.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Work with project work teams to define project deliverables, project planning, etc.
- Ensures the client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service Manager of any problems that may arise.
- Responsible for customer quotation activity and sample questions with timeliness and accuracy.

What you'll do as: Sr. Customer Account Specialist
- Reviewing customer orders
- Interpreting customer blueprints
- Coordinating with multiple departments
- Maintaining accurate record keeping
- Conducting new customer credit checks
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- Excellent mechanical and conceptual skills with knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Strong, ambitious, motivated team player, with attention to detail and concern of importance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- College Degree preferred, High School diploma required.
- Must be able to read and interpret blue print drawings.
