Description
We are in search of a Sr. Customer Service Representative to be based in Maplewood, Minnesota. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our team, tasked with delivering top-notch support to our customers, introducing meaningful changes to enhance customer experience, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer support, handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and tact.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement innovative strategies to boost customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure the customer's voice is heard and considered in all decisions.
• Redesign customer service processes as needed to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, promoting a team-oriented culture.
• Use CRM software and customer data tools to maintain accurate records and drive data-informed decisions.
• Foster a high-performing environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement
Requirements
• The candidate must possess strong data processing skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in answering inbound calls is required, ideally in a high-volume setting.
• A proven track record of providing superior customer service is essential.
• Ability to develop and implement creative concepts to improve customer experience.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and speed is necessary.
