Sr. Customer Solutions Mgr, Tech, M&A Integrations, IT Services
Amazon
Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex IT integration programs supporting Amazon's global Mergers and Acquisitions initiatives. This strategic role combines hands-on technical expertise, program management best practices, and business acumen to successfully integrate acquired companies' technology landscape within the Amazon ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring innate curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a focus on customer-centric solutions.
As Amazon continues to grow organically and through strategic acquisitions, you will play a crucial role in realizing deal
value through successful technology integrations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape and execute comprehensive integration strategies across infrastructure, applications, security, support models and operations. Your work will directly impact Amazon's growth trajectory and operational excellence.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end integration programs spanning infrastructure, productivity applications, audio-visual systems, IT support, and asset management. As the Single Point of Contact for integration initiatives, you will coordinate across product, engineering, security, and operational teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Your responsibilities include defining program vision, objectives, and success metrics while ensuring alignment with Amazon's strategic goals. You will drive data-driven improvements, influence resource allocation decisions, and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels. A key aspect of your role will be developing and implementing best practices and repeatable integration protocols that can scale across multiple acquisitions.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong ownership mindset and maintain a bias for action while navigating our fast-paced, collaborative environment. Deep understanding of systems, their limitations, and architectural decisions is essential, as is excellence in stakeholder management and communication. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting course as new data becomes available.
This is a high-impact opportunity requiring both technical depth and strategic thinking to drive successful integration outcomes while ensuring business continuity throughout the journey. Your work will help establish standard methodologies for future integrations programs while maintaining focus on delivering clear and measurable customer facing outcomes.
Why You'll Love It: You'll tackle complex technical challenges at global scale while working with exceptional colleagues who are passionate about building Amazon's future. Each integration program brings unique puzzles to solve across diverse technology stacks, architectures, and business models. You'll grow your expertise across multiple domains, influence strategic decisions, and leave your mark on how Amazon approaches technology integration. If you thrive on solving multifaceted challenges, building solutions at scale, and leading transformative changes, this role offers unique opportunities to shape both your career and Amazon's future.
