For more information, visit www.enterprisedb.com ****Candidate Note: This position is 100% remote for candidates based in the US**** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sr. CX Program Manager** to join the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) organization at EnterpriseDB. This role is pivotal to driving strategic transformation within our Customer Experience (CX) functions and cross-functionally with other teams, ensuring the success of initiatives designed to enhance operational excellence and customer impact. The ideal candidate will not only be a skilled program leader but also a proven change agent capable of influencing stakeholders, driving change, and delivering measurable business outcomes across the organization. As a key member of the CCO team, you will lead high-visibility programs, champion process improvements, and serve as a catalyst for innovation and cross-functional alignment. **Your impact will be** : + **Strategic Program Leadership:** Lead the design, execution, and governance of complex, cross-functional initiatives, through hands-on, detailed project management, that are critical to the success of the CCO organization. Ensure alignment with strategic priorities, delivering business impact through well-structured programs. + **Change Enablement:** Drive organizational change initiatives by developing and executing change management strategies. Ensure effective adoption of new processes and technologies through stakeholder engagement, training, and ongoing support. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Operations to foster alignment and integration of efforts. Build strong relationships to effectively influence stakeholders and drive consensus. + **Business Outcomes & Impact:** Focus on delivering strategic outcomes that support EnterpriseDB’s goals. Define success criteria, establish KPIs, and measure the impact of programs on key business objectives. + **Process Optimization:** Identify and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness within the CCO organization. Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies. + **Executive Communication & Reporting:** Prepare and deliver impactful communications, including executive briefings, program dashboards, team communications and leadership updates. Represent the CCO organization in executive forums and contribute to thought leadership in operational excellence. + **Stakeholder Management:** Develop strong stakeholder engagement frameworks, ensuring alignment on priorities and managing expectations through proactive communication and partnership. + **Risk Mitigation & Problem-Solving:** Anticipate challenges and risks, developing proactive mitigation strategies. Lead problem-solving efforts to address complex issues, ensuring programs remain on track. **What you will bring:** + **8+ years** of program or project management experience in a SaaS or technology environment, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that deliver business outcomes. + **Demonstrated experience leading organizational change initiatives** in complex, matrixed environments. Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Support functions is strongly preferred. + **Strategic thinking and business acumen** , with the ability to understand key business drivers and develop programs that create measurable impact. + **Exceptional communication skills** , with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups. Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports. + **Advanced program management capabilities** , including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and data-driven decision-making. + **Technical Acumen** . Possess a strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, particularly within database, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions. While not an architect, the candidate must have the ability to grasp technical concepts, facilitate discussions on complex technology topics, and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders. + **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, or Six Sigma) are a plus.
