Preferred locations are: Boston, MA, Lafayette, LA and Knoxville, TN in a Hybrid Model. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of cybersecurity projects for one of our Healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing key cybersecurity project deliverables. Candidate will be experienced stakeholder engagement and ensuring key stakeholders are routinely updated on progress in meeting key project deliverables and milestones. Strong communication skills are a must. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget requirements for cybersecurity initiatives. • Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders about project status and issues. • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, and business), ensuring all project tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule. • Coordinate with internal project team, other project leads and key cross-functional team stakeholders to identify and plan for dependencies. • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion. • Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies. • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. • Allocate resources effectively and ensure project team members have the necessary tools and support. • Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, processes, and policies throughout the project. • Manage project budgets, ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints and track expenses. • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management role. • Proven experience in cybersecurity project management. • Proven track record of managing projects from initiation through completion, delivering results on time and within budget. • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short turnarounds. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Clarity, Jira, etc. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
