At Molnlycke, The Sales Reporting & Data Analytics team unlocks growth and drives efficiency through data-driven insights. As a Sr. Data Analyst, you’ll empower sales & marketing teams to make strategic decisions and drive optimal outcomes. The Sr. Data Analyst is a bridge between data and action, instrumental in analyzing market trends, identifying risks and opportunities, optimizing sales enablement activities, and guiding sales strategies. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, you’ll leverage your expertise to uncover insights that fuel out strategic decision making. This high-impact, high-visibility role requires continuous learning, adaptability, collaboration, and strong business acumen to navigate the dynamic landscape of healthcare. You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas: + Actionable Insights/Data Driven Decision Making: + Become an expert in Molnlycke’s product launch or GTM strategy, target market development, and build competitive landscape. + Immerse yourself in the world of our customers and understand their needs, pain points, and customer journey – all through data driven decision making. + Design dashboards and reports that track KPIs, allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions based on data. + Market Focus: + Generate recommendations and insights from comprehensive analysis across all growth levers, including marketing campaigns, sales and partner performance, lead generation efforts, and revenue data. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. + Construct models that predict customer behavior and pipeline scenarios. + Customer Analysis: + Using various data sources build models, reports and/or dashboard to analysis customer(s)– customer segmentation, product penetration, compliance analysis, purchase history and trends, and sales projections. + Sales & Marketing Channel Partner: + Perform ad-hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders. + Design and build self-service dashboards to measure performance and assist in directing team’s efforts towards initiatives with the largest impact. + Data Structure, Data Quality & Collaboration: + To solve an organizational business problem, experience exploring, identifying, collecting, and organizing the data needed. + Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance) by translating complex data into insights that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency. + Partner across the cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, decision architecture use cases, current challenges, business questions, processes, and related data. + Leadership Collaboration: + Create measurement frameworks, including metrics, dashboards, and visualizations, that help measure the effectiveness and impact of growth efforts.
