SENIOR DATA ANALYST ENGINEER | TIER III (MIELS):

 

Bowhead is seeking Senior Data Analyst Engineers to support a customer in Stafford, VA. Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.

Responsibilities Manage and maintain multiple websites, including MKG, HighPoint, Entitlements Management, iSToRE, and Intel Division. Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including permissions management, site navigation management, metrics collection and analysis, page, and design changes, and troubleshooting issues.Manage permissions, including upload permissions, RFI managers group management, page manager permissions, and other permissions management.Perform cross-domain transfers, including running CDX products and troubleshooting issues.Manage site navigation, including adding and updating terms in the term store, updating sorting of terms, and showing/hiding terms.Archive RFIs and products, including copying RFIs to archived RFI list and deleting from RFIs list.Manage the recycle bin, including recovering deleted items and identifying users who may have deleted items.Configure search settings, including creating and editing best bets, refiners, and search pages.Manage list and metadata, including site columns, content types, enterprise keywords, and catalog settings.Collect and analyze metrics, including popularity trends, most popular web parts and pages, and audit logs.Perform page and design changes, including updating master pages, page templates, and image renditions.Manage pages, including creating and editing pages, adding JavaScript and CSS, and editing web parts.Develop and troubleshoot workflows, including updating and creating new workflows.Perform other administrative tasks, including monitoring storage metrics, activating/deactivating site features, and responding to service requests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information, or a related field.Ten (10+) years of experience in website administration or a related field.Experience with permissions management, site navigation management, metrics collection and analysis, page, and design changes, and troubleshooting issues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.Experience with SQL and PowerShell scripting.Experience with PowerBI and building dashboard / reports.Experience with data management, including data analysis, data ingestion / sync, and data cleansing / organizing. Experience with information dissemination and coalition sharing.DOD 8570 requirements for IAT I. Preferred: Experience with web development and site customization.Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
