Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Data Analyst Role in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. You will be expected to work with large and complex data sets, develop data cleaning processes, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. For consideration, please contact Abigail Fox Responsibilities: • Work on the analysis of large, complex data sets, sometimes incomplete, related to various projects • Establish and improve data cleaning and validation processes to enhance accuracy and consistency • Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to understand specific requirements and limitations • Evaluate claims based on project guidelines, identifying any inconsistencies, potential fraud, or missing information • Use data-driven insights to make decisions on claim approvals, denials, or deficiencies • Guide central data support members on collaborative tasks and provide leadership • Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights to a diverse audience, including technical and non-technical stakeholders • Propose and implement process improvements to facilitate smoother data handling in future projects • Document processes, data structures, and decisions made for auditing and compliance purposes Requirements • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology • Strong analytics skills for data interpretation and forecasting • Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) for strategic decision making • Ability to prepare and interpret Business Requirement Document • Proficient in SQL for database querying • Experience in Python programming for data manipulation and analysis Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
