Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Data Analyst Role. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, where you will be tasked with processing and analyzing large, complex data related to class action settlements. Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret large data sets that are sometimes incomplete and contain millions of records. • Communicate effectively to navigate thin requirements, make reasoned judgement calls, and ask relevant questions. • Improve and refine processes for data cleaning and validation to enhance accuracy and consistency. • Collaborate closely with project managers and legal teams to understand case-specific claim requirements and constraints. • Evaluate claims for validity following project guidelines, identify inconsistencies, fraud, or missing information. • Use data-driven insights to guide decisions on claim approvals, denials, or deficiencies. • Lead and guide central data support members on collaborative tasks. • Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Suggest and execute process improvements for better data handling in future settlements. • Maintain records of processes, data structures, and decisions for auditing and compliance purposes. Requirements • Strong Analytics skills to analyze and interpret complex data. • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for transforming raw data into meaningful insights. • Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to outline the needs and expectations of the business. • Proficiency in SQL for managing and manipulating relational databases. • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.
