The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling principles and techniques, create and maintain complex data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical data warehouse models, to support analytics use cases. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure that our data architecture is robust, scalable, and aligned with our business needs. . Experience modelling Wherescape data models utilizing Data Vault 2.0 data warehouse methodology on Azure is required, and experience in healthcare supply chain is advantageous but not essential. **_Responsibilities & Duties:_** + Direct experience with enterprise class data architectures for business intelligence and artificial intelligence use cases, ability to analyze client data assets. + Ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams to discuss technical details and make recommendations. + Direct experience designing modern data and analytics architectures within Microsoft Azure, leveraging native services. + Direct experience utilizing Wherescape 3D to plan, model, document and deploy data warehouses. + Experience designing and testing Data Vault 2.0 methodology, modelling hubs, satellites and links, implementation of raw vault, business vault and information marts optimized for reporting and analytics. + Proven ability to drive results, have a take charge attitude, and be inspiring to client stakeholders at any level of organization, having the ability to bridge business / IT gap and become a trusted advisor. + Provide technical expertise in data curation, processing, storage, and analytics within cloud environments. + Recommend best practices and standards for data ingestion patterns, data processing, storage, security, and monitoring specific to cloud environments, communicating the advantages of these standards and practices to client stakeholders + Ability to design and implement data access zones across the analytics storage services, such as data lake, blob storage, relational databases partitioning raw, operational, semi-curated and curated data from self-service, data marts, etc.). + Ensure the application of data governance principles, data quality best practices, and standards across different data storage and processing mechanisms. + Collaborate with the Sr. Data & Analytics engineers in performing technical reverse engineering of digital assets. + Work closely with client analytics consumers, product managers and senior-level leadership, effectively gathering data and analytics requirements driving the data design to support requested analytics use cases. + Design and implement robust monitoring, logging, and controls to ensure data quality and security. + Ability to estimate scope, duration, and cost of data, BI, & AI initiatives, including cloud cost comparisons, and providing cost comparisons, advantages, and disadvantages when comparing multiple architecture options. + Provide further insight into the firm's overall strategy by identifying critical questions and performing ad-hoc analyses, as needed. **_Qualifications:_** + Excellent experience using Wherescape Red technologies is mandatory. + Deep understanding of the Data Vault 2.0 data warehouse pattern and implementation best practices. + 10+ years relational and multi-dimensional data modelling experience. + 4+ years designing cloud architectures and implementing data pipelines on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platforms. + Deep understanding of the Data Vault 2.0 data warehouse pattern and implementation best practices. + Advanced Transact SQL is essential + Strong communication, problem solving, attention to detail, self-managed, communicate effectively with analyst up to director level. Strong writing & interpersonal skills. + Ability to partner with Client Engineers, to "go deep" on as-is process & data assets, while utilizing a non-threatening & persuasive approach. + Lifetime learner that gains knowledge to increase credibility. Strong presentation & facilitation. + Onshore required. + Intermediate to advanced proficiency in communication tools (ie. Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). + Proficiency in data tools (ie. Dbt, SQL, programming for data movement, such as Python and/or BI tool(s) that can be used to analyze client data assets/business perspective). + Familiarity with data platform services from leading SaaS providers such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage gen. 2, Azure Storage, and Azure Synapse. + Strong understanding of streaming, batch processing, change data control and performance optimization. + Ability to work autonomously with a high level of follow-through. + Previous experience in a similar role as a Sr. Data Architect. **_Education:_** + Have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field. \#ConcentrixCatalyst Location: USA, TX, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
