Job Overview

Experienced Data management specialist responsible for developing, overseeing, organizing, storing, and analyzing data and data systemsParticipate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for Snowflake solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assuranceWork in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal solutionsEnsure platform performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards for code quality and thoughtful designTroubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures


Qualifications

At least 5-8 years of experience designing and development of data solutions in enterprise environmentAt least 3+ years’ experience on Snowflake PlatformStrong hands on SQL and Python development Experience with designing and development data warehouses in SnowflakeA minimum of three years experience in developing production-ready data ingestion and processing pipelines using Spark, ScalaStrong hands-on experience with Orchestration Tools e.g. Airflow, Informatica, AutomicGood understanding on Metadata and data lineageHands on knowledge on SQL Analytical functionsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in Shell scripting, Java ScriptingAble to demonstrate experience with software engineering practices including CI/CD, Automated testing and Performance Engineering.Good understanding and exposure to Git, Confluence and JiraGood problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Team player, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $116,300.00 - $193,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
