They are located at Abbott`s German headquarters in Wiesbaden and its sites in Hanover, Neustadt am Rübenberge, Wetzlar, Eschborn, Cologne, Jena, and Hamburg. **The Opportunity** This position works out of our location in Wiesbaden (Abbott GmbH) in the Abbott Diabetes Care division that is focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. **What You’ll Do** + Owning and leading complex projects with strong focus on data and analytics - ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. + Understanding business requirements and translating them into clear user stories and technical requirements for development teams. + Acting as a data quality champion in multiple cloud environments and reflecting the business vision into a clearly defined roadmap. + Assessing and prioritizing the product roadmaps to ensure the most critical steps receive the highest priority. + Overseeing and guiding the relevant IT teams from business perspective to create a strong end-product. + Coordinating regularly with stakeholders to create a clear line of communication and visibility regarding timelines, deliverables, and expectations. + Performing data analysis to troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in identifying and resolving these issues. **Qualifications & Skills** + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science and Software Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. + 10+ years of experience working as a data product owner, business analyst or similar position, focusing on B2C mass markets (e.g. e-commerce, retailers, digital banking) + Extensive experience with E-Commerce and Customer Experience systems, focusing on customer and transactional data. + Proficiency with SQL, Python or R. + Experience with Customer data platforms, master data management, system integrations and data migration. + Vast experience in working with complex data sources with large volumes. + Proven track record in managing and delivering complex advanced analytics projects. + Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS) stack: Glue, S3, Cognito, Informatica CDQ + Experience with ETL processes. + Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI + Fluent in English (other European language is a plus) **Working at Abbott** At Abbott, you can do work that matters and help people to live a healthier and full life, grow your career, and learn, be your true self.
