Credence is seeking Senior leveled Department of Defense Business Development and Account Management professional to support and drive New Business and Strategic Capture to create and respond to new and pending task orders to support Defense Agency client efforts like USAF, US Space Force etc. Credence is a Federal IT Systems Integrator and Consulting company, and we are in the process of building out teams of leaders cultivate and support this effort.  The successful candidate have demonstrated IT Consulting experience leveraging years of existing relationships within the Department of Defense, US Space Force, USAF, US Army, US Navy, and Marine Corps to build and drive new business with experience with a minimum of 2-3 agencies or more. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Will be responsible for leveraging years of existing relationships within the Department of Defense, US Space Force, USAF, US Army,  US Navy and Marine Corps to build and drive new business with experience with a minimum of 2-3 agencies or more.Will be responsible for driving process improvement mindset to convert information into opportunities to explore and discover new ways to drive, establish and extend our client business relationship and footprint.Responsible for using complex analytical skills for Professional Services, IT Consulting Projects, and Program Management ot match and create new business solutions.Responsible for positioning Credence as a trusted technology adviser and partner with decision-makers in the client agency’s organization.Responsible for applying demonstrated and proven leadership exposure in federal marketing and business development including agency account planning, pipeline creation/origination/qualification/development, pursuit team assembly and opportunity development to drive new sales.Will be responsible for driving and promoting Credence teaming, our capabilities and the culture strategically to partners and federal agency stakeholders to drive new business opportunities in targeted IT solutions/disciplines within the Federal marketplace including named DOD entities.  Must become a Credence Ambassador with the ability to articulate Credence Management Solution’s vision, capability, and value-added support. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.Must be a US Citizenship is required with the ability of obtaining TS Clearance.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in similar organizations using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach.Deep understanding of Federal and Defense technology trends with the ability to drive positive change following industry perspective via the latest technology solutions in Mission Critical DOD IT Environments.Proven track record of 3+yrs of collaborating with technology vendors and partners to close business.Minimum years of successful Agile DOD and Veteran business development, sales and marketing experience, preferably within Health & Healthcare, DevSecOps, Cyber; Warfare Systems Integration; Tactical/Mission Software/Systems engineering, sustainment and Technology Command Control and Communications Systems with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations.Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry trends, client needs, and our service offerings.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high growth environment.
