JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Good insight of DRAM specifications, circuit implementation, performance target and goals. Guide verification strategy and architecture verification system for DRAM products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align verification plan and coverage goals.Drive patterns and regressions development to execute function and timing verification plan.Own and lead product verification plan, execution, review, silicon debugging support. Lead the team to achieve project schedule and deliverables.Provide support to design and verification engineers, simulate, analyze and debug circuit issues.Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project execution.Understand Micron’s verification tools and flows, collaborate with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to improve verification quality and efficiency.

REQUIRED:

5+ years of experience in complex IC verification and/or IC design preferred. Previous work experience in memory related fields is a plusExperience in function verification and timing analysis with mixed signal design.Understanding of CMOS circuit design; gate Level circuit design preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other verification peers.Experience with SystemVerilog Assertion (SVA)Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, ie. HSPICE,  VerilogHDL, FINESIM, PrimeSimA strong leadership skill and project management skills.Strong English skill in both writing and speaking is a must
