Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Desktop Engineer in Delray Beach, Florida. The role operates within the tech industry, with a focus on managing and improving desktop support systems. The workplace encourages a collaborative environment where the Sr. Desktop Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our systems. Responsibilities: • Administering EO/IR systems with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Developing and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. • Managing and troubleshooting Citrix Technologies to provide seamless user experience. • Handling Dell Technologies, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. • Assisting in the deployment of Mac Computers, ensuring they meet the operational requirements. • Creating and managing SQL Queries to help in data extraction and analysis. • Using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to create dashboards and reports for data visualization and business intelligence. • Overseeing asset tagging and inventory, ensuring all assets are properly tracked and accounted for. • Utilizing Intune for mobile device management, application management, and PC management capabilities in the cloud. Requirements • Applicant must possess at least three years of relevant work experience as a Sr. Desktop Engineer. • Proficiency in SQL Queries is required. • Demonstrated knowledge and use of Microsoft Power BI is necessary. • Experience in Tableau is a must. • Capability to create informative and intuitive dashboards is needed. • Skill in creating detailed and accurate reports is essential.
