From initial specifications and wireframing to software design and implementation, you will ensure that our solutions meet and exceed client expectations. Your expertise will guide the creation of custom applications—primarily on Salesforce but extending to integrations with our data warehouse, Workday, and other systems. You'll also spearhead projects in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and upcoming AI initiatives. Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

Lead Development Team: 

Manage and mentor a team of developersFoster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive team success

Custom Salesforce Development: 

Oversee the development and maintenance of our custom application, Pulse, built on top of SalesforceEnsure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable

Robotic Process Automation (RPA): 

Lead RPA initiatives using tools like Actian and explore opportunities with Microsoft Automation toolsStreamline business processes and improve efficiency through automation

Integrations and Data Management: 

Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Workday, our data warehouse, and external client data feedsEnsure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems

AI Projects and Innovation: 

Drive the planning and execution of upcoming AI projectsCollaborate with AI specialists to integrate AI solutions into our technology stack

Strategic Planning: 

Collaborate with senior management to develop technology strategies aligned with corporate goalsStay abreast of emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation

Project Management: 

Plan, execute, and finalize development projects within scope, schedule, and budgetCommunicate project progress to stakeholders and manage expectations

Technical Leadership: 

Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise across all development effortsEstablish best practices and standards for software development and integrations

Requirements: 

Experience: 

Minimum of 10 years in software development with significant experience in Salesforce developmentProven track record of leading and managing development teams

Technical Skills: 

Expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIsExperience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Actian and Microsoft Power Automate, or otherStrong understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware, and data synchronization between systemsFamiliarity with AI technologies and implementing AI-driven solutions

Leadership Abilities: 

Strong leadership and team management skillsAbility to mentor developers and promote a culture of continuous learning

Education: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Additional Qualifications: 

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with data warehousing concepts and toolsPreferred experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
