We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our Running team. This role will be responsible for leading the design and execution of digital experiences that inspire and engage our running community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, a passion for running, and a deep understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.



Key Responsibilities:



Lead the design and development of digital assets, including websites, mobile apps, social media content, and email campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure cohesive and impactful digital experiences.

Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our digital offerings.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
