Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, Programmatic

About the Role:

KeepTruckin is in a state of rapid growth and this role will be critical to helping us scale. You will take the lead on building a world-class programmatic advertising function from the ground up. You will be supported by a strong analytics and creative team and will operate in an environment that encourages (and provides a budget for!) experimentation.

What You'll Do: Build and manage a high-performing team of programmatic specialists Build advanced and profitable funnels for the entire buying cycle for multiple market segments and product lines  Creatively use industry, product, intent, and a large number of other data sources to build high ROI audiences and lookalikes Optimize ad messaging, creativity, and audiences on a daily basis Play a leading role in helping KeepTruckin expand to and test messaging for new verticals  Work with the creative team to create and test new ads on a weekly basis Track and be accountable for the ROI of a 2 million+ dollar budget What We're Looking For: 6+ years of programmatic experience Proven experience managing complex, integrated programmatic campaigns You understand the difference between 1st/2nd/3rd party data and DSP/SSP without Googling You must have extensive experience with DoubleClick/DV 360  and experience with other platforms such as The Trade Desk, Ad Exchange, and PubMatic is highly preferred Hands-on experience working with design/creative teams on display and video production and experimentation  An analytical skill set with a strong command of key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV Someone who obsesses over-optimization and deep data analysis Basic knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS knowledge or Python / R is a strong plus B2B experience preferred but not required
