The Job
As a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be part of our Digital Marketing team located in Shanghai.
You’ll get to:
Deliver on-brand content to target audience group and ultimately deliver SBD financial business goals with targeted sales and assist on brand campaigns to deliver targeted results. Key measures should include content quality, effectiveness and on-time delivery, content system management, brand campaign execution, community operation effect.
Brand and content strategy
Develop content and communication strategy based on each brand's positioning and market/consumer insights.(2C direction)Manage brand standards in China market according to the global brand guidelines.Work closely with other marketing function to assist in the development of brand online annual marketing calendar, brand theme, content column, brand activity plan, etc.Develop a digital strategy to increase our brand visibility and preference on social media channels such as WeChat, TikTok, etc while tracking KPIs and ROI.Manage communication content to ensure story consistency and brand image to enhance brand credential.Provide directions and review on content, marketing activities and KOL/KOC co-operation.Content Production
Lead creation and production of brand and product content, including but not limited to images, videos, graphics, copywriting and other individual or series content.Collect, localize, and arrange production of new assets for NPI projects from global source or collaborate with local agency to create content.EC channel content support, such as PDP /video /content pages, etc.Manage brand assets and content platform, provide guidance to internal teams or dealers in use of assets, and track the copyright and usage rights of content assets. Responsible for official account strategy ,planning and execution(work with agency),such as WeChat、Douyin (STANLEY&DEWALT)Manage and drive online brand campaign to increase brand awareness and engagement.Increase brand followers through online channels,and operate fan community to Improve UGC , word-of-mouth marketing and brand loyaltyDevelop the paid advertising plan, and control the budget, continuous optimizationData and process management
Manage and analyze content 、digital and community data.Manage and optimize processes, including but not limited to NPI launch content process, online campaign, distributor sharing,agency etc.Industry and competitive brand activity tracking .The Person

4+ years’ experience in marketing, content production and management and community management.Must be fluent in English and able to translate simple copy from English to Chinese.Graphic design, Copywriting and Video editing experience is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).Experienced in web, digital, social media, e-commerce and direct marketing terms and standards.EC marketing, live streaming , community operation experience is a plus.Tools or relevant industry experience is a plus.Brand or digital asset management experience management experience - a plus.Brand Knowledge: Understands product, users, motivations, and barriers.And More
