The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing analyst relations strategies that drive accurate and positive evaluations and market guides covering our technology, improved analyst sentiment, and full understanding of our AI-driven technologies and SaaS product line as GE HealthCare builds on our leadership position in healthcare technology. This role demands a visionary, strategic AR professional who can drive results across a matrixed environment, build trust and consensus across a worldwide organization, and thrive in bringing new ideas and processes to a fast-moving technology business.
**Job Description**
+ **Develop and execute an AR strategy** :Identify and prioritize key analyst firms, evaluations, and non-traditional influencers in healthcare technology. Build a plan and execution timeline to improve the accuracy, sentiment, and overall analyst firm score for GE HealthCare technologies.
+ **Build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts:** Identify a cohort of key opinion leaders and influencers across both healthcare-targeted and technology analyst firms; establish a rhythm of inquiry and briefing to obtain key insights to the business.
+ **Collaborate with marketing, product, and field teams to gather/leverage insights:** Establish a bi-directional flow of feedback from GE HealthCare product and executive leadership to the analyst community; identify key insights to inform GTM strategies, new product introductions, and feature enhancements; leverage analyst advice to inform marketing messaging, positioning, and target personas.
+ **Prepare leadership for analyst engagement:** Build a high-profile AR program valued by GE HealthCare executive leadership through regular reporting, engagement, and understanding of the analyst community; establish AR’s importance as a market influencer and leading indicator.
+ **Monitor and analyze analyst reports and sentiment:** Implement a mechanism for measuring GE HealthCare’s performance in the analyst community. Identify gaps in our go-to-market approach, product line, and customer net promoter score (NPS) and proactively tap the analyst community to address.
+ **Sales Enablement and Competitive Intelligence:** In concert with enablement leadership and cross-functional sales teams, provide sales teams with customer facing analyst research to engage customers effectively and position GE HealthCare innovations. Support competitive intelligence efforts through information gleaned from analyst inquiry (leading indicators) and competitive evaluations and customer peer review sites (Iagging indicators).
**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, preferably in the healthcare SaaS industry.
+ 3+ years experience/exposure to AI technologies preferred.
+ Strong understanding of analyst firm landscape in the healthcare technology space.
+ Proven ability to develop and execute AR programs with proven ROI.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret analyst data to drive decisions.
+ Strong executive presence and comfort level presenting to the C-suite.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $171,600.00-$257,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
