We are seeking a Senior Director, Finance Operations, to lead the operationalization of the Enterprise Data Product (EDP) within PsaS. The selected candidate for this position will play a critical role in driving the success of our Digital Finance Transformation program, EDP, by working cross-functionally across PSaS to oversee and manage the execution, operationalization and adoption of the project accross PSaS. They will provide seasoned leadership and guidance to project managers, consultants, IT leadership and change leaders, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
Position Description
The Sr. Director of Finance operations is responsible for directly managing multi-disciplinary teams focused on delivering the initiatives for EDP across PSaS. This role requires someone with executive presence, a passion for execution, an understanding of data, and a strategic mindset. A successful candidate will have a blend of results orientation and thought leadership to drive this incredibly important PSaS initiative. They should think strategically and possess solid abilities in conceptualizing, developing, driving, and influencing enterprise decisions to meet business needs. Strong communication abilities and strategic thought leadership are required as this role will interact with, and often have to influence, senior finance and IT leadership, including VPs and above, to drive execution.

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).
