We are looking for a Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our rapidly growing business. Reporting to our VP of Finance, this individual will lead a team committed to ensuring the key CMM organizations and their leaders have the partnership, financial insights and discipline needed as they strive to achieve their strategic priorities and support a variety of high-growth products. CoverMyMeds is looking for a senior director for its finance team. The role will work closely with the leadership and other finance teams to deliver insightful and actionable reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience building, managing, and communicating results from complex financial models, the ability to effectively collaborate with partners across the organization, influence leadership and drive process improvements and operational excellence aligned with business strategy. The position will:
Lead a matrix organization to ensure the financial health of key teams in CoverMyMeds.Contribute to the development of company strategy across key areas. Challenge assumptions, support decision-making, and provide financial analysis and guidance.Elevate insights and analysis through continued development of analytics capabilities and market awareness.Consolidate month end results, forecast, long range plan and budget financials for certain areas of CMM.Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management reports and product P&L’s. Identify trends in financial performance and provide insight & recommendations.Ensure leadership across the segment has the tools and support needed to understand financial performance of cost structure, variances to budget/forecast and implications of performance to past performance and future projections. Additionally, support senior leaders with ad hoc requests, business case development, and key metrics.Review of forecast and plan to ensure reasonable assumptions are aligned across business.Deliver executive level presentations and written commentary to share findings including strategy recommendations.Support the M&A process where applicable as well as providing insight into other investment decisions such as R&D, capital projects, etc.Ensure the finance organization and its systems optimize resources, while continuing to evolve and transform the finance team to deliver best in class financial support to business partners.Work with FP&A teams to automate manual consolidated reports and standardize forecasting and reporting processes.Lead a team to aggregate financial data across teams utilizing SAC.Work closely with the Segment FP&A and accounting teams to meet monthly, quarterly & annual finance reporting and compliance requirements.Serve as a mentor to direct reports in the Finance team, including coaching, developing, and holding the team accountable for results. Fostering an environment that encourages teamwork and communication.Proactively and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to support business initiatives.Navigate and build relationships with key stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Advanced degree a plus.13 + years’ experience in Financial Planning Analysis roles6+ years in leadership roleBusiness Intelligence tool experience preferred, but not required.Advanced Excel, Power Point.ERP and Planning tool experience (SAC, Hyperion, NetSuite, and SAP a plus).Experience with high growth and/or technology companies preferred.Experience in healthcare industry plus.Competencies
