You’ll drive initiatives to maintain the IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), ensure information security, and enhance infrastructure performance. Every day, you’ll work with cross-functional teams and provide leadership that empowers our IT organization to thrive. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Leading, mentoring, and managing a global IT team, ensuring ongoing development and performance. + Collaborating with business leaders to align IT services with organizational goals. + Tracking and maintaining Global KPIs to ensure excellence in service delivery. + Executing global security initiatives and maintaining compliance with SOX and PCI standards. + Designing effective disaster recovery plans and overseeing IT infrastructure upgrades. + Developing and managing operational and capital budgets while identifying cost-reduction opportunities. + Keeping current with industry trends to ensure we remain on the cutting edge of technology and innovation. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + **Education:** A BS or BA in IT, Engineering, or a related field. + **Experience** : 5+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure teams (people leaders) in a large corporate environment. + Deep technical expertise in networks, servers, storage, and databases. + Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects (e.g., email rollouts, hardware refreshes, etc.). + Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, backup strategies, data center technologies, and information security. + Proven ability to build and develop talent, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. The compensation range for this role is $215,000 - $225,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus / Incentive Pay.
