The Sr. Director of Global Organization Effectiveness will lead culture, team effectiveness, change management, organization design and talent management for our commercial organization, spanning across multiple business units. A strategic and trusted partner to Commercial leaders that identifies, designs, and delivers impactful organizational effectiveness solutions that support the business growth strategies.
This global role is responsible for designing, implementing and measuring talent and organization effectiveness solutions that enable high performance within the commercial organization. This role is based from our Corporate HQ in Austin, Texas.

15+ years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Industrial/Organization Psychology, Talent Management, Change Management or related fields.Experience leading change management efforts for mergers and acquisitions.Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, culture development and team effectiveness principles.Experience working with senior level leadership and key business partners.Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Here are some preferred experiences:
