About the Role:
We are seeking a Sr. Director of Product Marketing to lead CrowdStrike's Exposure Management & Falcon for IT portfolio. This role spans all marketing functions: Product Marketing Management (PMM), demand generation, analyst relations (AR), public relations (PR), and digital marketing. We need you to have a comprehensive understanding of multiple domains across IT Operations and cybersecurity as well as strong knowledge of IT management, endpoint management, vulnerability management, risk/compliance, and security operations.
You will define strategy, set goals and priorities, and report weekly KPIs to drive business impact. As a leader in Exposure Management & IT Automation, we seek your passion and marketing expertise to strengthen our position further.
Specifically, you will spearhead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for CrowdStrike's Exposure Management & IT Automation solutions. This strategic role involves leading a team of product and technical marketers (Directors, Sr. Managers, Sr. PMMs) and collaborating with leaders across the company to drive exceptional positioning and growth in highly competitive markets.

What You’ll Do:
Messaging and Positioning: Develop sharp, bold, and differentiated messaging leveraging customer stories, product capabilities, and market trends.
Team Leadership: Lead and elevate a team of skilled marketers to create compelling messaging, content, and sales tools.
Business Growth: Drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for Falcon Exposure Management, Falcon for IT, and related products.
Product Launch: Plan and launch new offerings, capabilities, and releases, managing cross-functional implementation.
Content Strategy: Lead a team to develop fresh content, including collateral, thought leadership assets, website content, videos, blogs, and more.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and alliances teams to ensure value proposition, assets, training, support structures, and incentive plans are in place.
Market and Competitive Intelligence: Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings, using this knowledge to drive differentiation and influence planning.
Strategic Planning: Engage with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute go-to-market strategies that drive measurable results.
Executive Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term marketing strategies and product positioning.
Thought Leadership: Serve as an evangelist through blogging, social media, and speaking engagements.
What You'll Need:
15+ years of experience in security software, PMM, technical PMM, PM, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and/or B2B SaaS.
Proven track record in leading teams of Directors, Sr. Managers, and individual contributors.
Deep domain expertise in IT management, endpoint management, security operations, vulnerability management, and risk/compliance products.
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing; MBA from a top-tier program preferred.
Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact across teams and partners.
Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Passionate about cybersecurity and delivers with a high level of intensity under pressure.
Strong cross-team collaboration skills and comfort with high-visibility initiatives.
Ability to create clear, compelling messages and willingness to create external assets or internal deliverables.
Strong presentation skills to educate and inspire small and large audiences.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $210,000 - $300,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
