Position Responsibilities: Oversee revenue and profit plans for National customers by leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing the annual planning and performance processes as the Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) for Customer Governance Provide strategic guidance on revenue growth, margin management, and pricing strategies for the company, collaborating with key stakeholders across franchises and channels Lead the annual business planning process to align on revenue, gross profit, and operating income targets, ensuring effective execution with cross-functional teams Influence national processes to promote the adoption of Revenue Growth Management principles across various channels and customers Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and segmentation to enhance revenue, margin, and operational performance Represent the company in key meetings, advocating for strategic initiatives and performance stewardship to drive alignment with business objectives Develop talent management capabilities within the team, fostering growth through clear roles, performance management, and ongoing coaching Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor's Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 7 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 15 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of management experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
