Sr. Director, Sales (Hybrid, NYC- Flexible options)

The Senior Director, Sales is responsible for leading comprehensive sales efforts, both domestically and globally, encompassing strategic planning and execution of sales services. This role involves crafting innovative sales strategies, maintaining operating budgets, and generating sales forecasts. By focusing on a specific product or product line, the Senior Director, Sales collaboratively develops and proactively implements product strategies that drive revenue and align with overall sales objectives. This position necessitates product-specific expertise to support the sales process and inform product and service direction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their expertise in a dynamic and influential position.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals, specializing in a designated product or product line.Provide expert support during the sales process, offering product-specific insights and solutions to client-facing teams.Create and refine value propositions, product demonstrations, and pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness.Generate new sales opportunities and drive cross-selling initiatives within relevant market segments and accounts.

Professional Expertise:

Demonstrates a strong theoretical foundation in sales principles, negotiation skills, and product/service knowledge.Manages complex or high-profile accounts, possessing broad authority to negotiate terms and establish strategic objectives.Plans and executes territory or account strategies independently, using resources efficiently.

Qualifications:

A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in sales or account management.Recognized as an industry expert, capable of stabilizing in this role through extensive career progress.Functional Knowledge: Expertise in sales procedures and concepts, with a basic understanding of related disciplines.Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge of sales-related business, financials, and market needs/challenges, skillfully articulating value propositions.Leadership: Guides and develops colleagues, manages resources, and provides strategic input to team approaches.Problem Solving: Leads complex problem-solving efforts, applying analytical skills and innovative thinking.Impact: Drives the achievement of customer and project objectives, influenced by functional policies.Interpersonal Skills: Effectively influences internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, and negotiates favorable product/service terms.

Salary range $160,000.00- $175,000.00.
