Role Description:
The Director, Strategy and Transformation is responsible for building, managing, communicating, and driving the overall transformation plan for the contact center. This role is critical to drive the success of reaching a world-class level contact center that provides an unmatched patient experience to Oak Street Health patients. The Director, Strategy and Transformation is highly organized, builds relationships across stakeholders in cross-functional teams, and is passionate about delivering results.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage transformation project plan by tracking progress across initiatives, keeping plan on track, oversee change management where appropriate
Manage transformation plan communications by managing updates and communications to large stakeholder groups across all functional areas internal and external to the contact center
Prepare executive communications and participate in SteerCos, PMO updates, and updates for other senior leaders
Create and manage strategy and innovation, including omnichannel and other large new initiatives
Manage growth and planning for contact center strategic, staffing, and budget planning to align with enterprise growth plans
Support budgeting process and management of day to day budget item approvals, including managing relationship with finance team
Manage BPO vendor relationship, including managing dedicated BPO manager and the overall vendor relationship
Other duties, as assigned
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 4 years experience in strategy and planning preferred (e.g., management consulting experience)
A driven owner with proven ability to see contracts through to completion and manage multiple priorities in a structured, project management fashion
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively â via presentations, verbally, and in emails - with staff, providers, and a diverse group of leaders (internally and with payer partners)
Bachelorâs degree required, Masterâs degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH, MPP) preferred
US work authorization
