Overview Leads our data architecture for PEO & Insurance Business Units at Paychex. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and business acumen to drive innovation and ensure the success of our data and technology products. Leads cross-functional teams, own the product pipeline's operational structure, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver market-leading products that meet user needs. Responsibilities + Define and oversee the architecture, design, and development of PEO & Insurance data and technology products, ensuring alignment with the company’s product roadmap. + Champion customer and user experience (CX/UX) across all PEO & Insurance products, implementing continuous improvement strategies informed by data analytics and customer feedback. + Lead the design and scalability of PEO & Insurance data architecture, ensuring systems are optimized for performance, data integrity, and seamless integration. + Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and customers to scope product requirements and deliver products that meet commercial and market demands. + Advise and contribute to the overall company product roadmap, with a specific focus on data and technology products, ensuring a balance between innovation, customer needs, and commercial viability. + Stay informed of the latest trends in the data marketplace, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings that align with the art of the possible in AI. + Lead and mentor a diverse team fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field - Preferred + 10+ years of experience in Product development, data architecture, AI technologies, or a related domain. Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing the development of data or AI-driven products. . + 5 years of experience in PEO industry.
