Roles and Responsibilities
Lead product management for our current mammography digital and workflow solutions, which include data management systems and viewing applications. Develop and refine GTM strategy, product profitability, growth rates, gaps to target, & pipeline health.Create a cross-functional roadmap, defining features and technical specifications for our digital and workflow solutions (e.g. analytics, viewer, reporting) that address significant challenges in the patient, technologist and radiologist experience for breast cancer screening and diagnosis.Deliver new product introductions that improve clinical workflow, global market share, contribution margin, and product quality. This includes defining requirements, working closely with the users as well as commercial and engineering teams, collaborating with central digital team, managing project execution, and iterating on new features and products post-launch.Develop strategic partnerships to co-develop and/or co-commercialize digital/workflow assets synergistic to the mammo workflow strategy. Lead the operational execution.Own financial performance of the product portfolio. Achieve revenue and EBIT goals.Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements & the commercial change process.Develop and motivate others on strategies and operating mechanisms to deliver business results.Work with communications, content, and marketing teams to strengthen our brand messaging.Exercise strong judgment to balance speed with a high-quality and scalable end-to-end operator. Iterate quickly, test new ideas, and analyze results.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field10+ years multi-functional experience in product management, business development, sales, marketing, clinicalBackground in healthcare IT and/or SaaS and/or imagingDemonstrated business & commercial acumenDemonstrated ability to lead high performing teamsExperience leading multiple product development cycles from concept to scaleDesired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $163,200.00-$244,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
