Job Description An employer in the hospitality industry is looking for a Sr. Director of Payroll and Disbursements. You will be responsible for a large and complex payroll and disbursements system that spans every state. We are looking for an experienced leader to grow & develop a team of 25+ people and create long-term process improvement strategies that add value back to the business. Skills and Requirements -Background in corporate accounting (must have strong understanding of financial processes that lead to the general ledger including GL reconciliation) -Strong payroll/disbursements expertise in a hospitality environment overseeing high-volume and complex processes (multiple states / hourly staff / tips) -Experience with an ERP system conversion (Oracle preferred) -Experience leading and building teams & desire to lead from the front -Strong examples of using the systems and team to add business value through reporting and analysis null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
