We are looking for a Sr. Ecommerce Analyst that will help us improve customer experience and conversion rate and measure the impact of/prioritize the right work through analysis, reporting/dashboarding, experimentation, and tagging. In this role, you will support highly visible initiatives, assisting with the buildout of our analytics framework, dashboarding, and ad-hoc analyses. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous environment with little direction. 

This position sits onsite in Grapevine, TX

What You’ll Do 

Work independently with stakeholders to assess Google Tag Manager (GTM) framework and implement tagging needed to support business goals. Identify gaps in reporting and prioritize analyses needed to inform strategy development and decision-making. Proactively monitor health of Google Analytics data and flag any anomalies to prevent loss of visibility into business performance. Build out dashboards (Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBI) that are accurate, intuitive, and self-serviceable. Set up, monitor, and communicate results of A/B tests. Perform analyses to answer strategic business questions that help drive the business forward. Share and distribute observations and insights to business partners, acting as a thought leader and active participant in strategic discussions. 

What You’ll Need 

4+ years of experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other parts of the Google Cloud Platform. 2-3 years of writing and tuning complex SQL queries against raw clickstream/hit-level data.  Deep experience implementing and working with clickstream analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results, report, and present strategies, and make recommendations to business and technical audiences.  Expert-level Excel capabilities (data manipulation, advanced formulas, modeling.) Strong dashboarding and data story-telling experience; proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.  Statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing concepts, procedures, and reporting. Customer-first mindset and extreme attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, marketing, or technical field. Advanced degree is a plus. Ecommerce experience is a plus.
