ResponsibilitiesNautilus Insurance is seeking a part-time temporary Senior E-Learning Specialist. This role can be remote or located in our Scottsdale office.
The Senior eLearning Specialist is responsible for improving underwriting performance by creating and managing appropriate learning technological processes and tools for employee and agent training and development. This includes designing, developing and delivering training solutions on a variety of platforms including asynchronous on-line classes, videos, webinars, podcasts and simulations. In addition, the Specialist will publish classes in an LMS and on a company website.
Work closely with subject matter experts and the training team to design and develop eLearning courses addressing underwriting and business skillsDevelop interactive e-Learning courses using the Articulate 360 suiteRecord and edit audio and video content with Audacity, Camtasia, and VyondDevelop and administer testing and evaluation proceduresCreate, update and maintain training resources for the Nautilus University website and Brainier (LMS) Qualifications Bachelor's degree; or at least two years of experience in a business or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.A minimum of 8 years creating and publishing eLearning content, including videosWorking knowledge of Articulate 360 or similar course authoring softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in eLearning instructional designExcellent attention to detailIntermediate to advanced knowledge of computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
