Sr. Electrical Engineer
Description o Design of power electronics and control circuits for Electric and Hybrid electric vehicles including DC-DC converters, 3 phase motor drives, and AC inverters. o Take designs from concept into production, including design, documentation, design validation testing, debug, field return root cause failure analysis, corrective actions, and ECO/ECN preparation. o Perform product lifecycle work for DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM, and DFA activities Skills pcb layout, power electronics, power supply design, electrical engineering, embedded firmware, automotive industry, motor control Top Skills Details pcb layout,power electronics,power supply design,electrical engineering Additional Skills & Qualifications • BS in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Power Electronics. • Experience with power supply design. • Analog and digital schematic design, PCB layout, testing and debugging experience. • Experience using test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, power supplies and multimeters. • Experience with circuit simulation software. • Experience designing high voltage and high current circuits and switching components. • A minimum of 3 years related experience is needed for this position Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $90.00 About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
